Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our event planning services and your engagement with disprrufic.center. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions:

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to disprrufic.center.
“You” or “your” refers to the client(s) engaging our services.
“Services” means the event planning, coordination, and related services provided by us as outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
“Vendors” means the third-party suppliers we engage on your behalf, such as venues, caterers, photographers, florists, entertainers, etc.

2. Scope of Services:

The specific scope of our services will be detailed in a separate, signed Service Agreement.
We will provide our services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence.
You are responsible for providing us with all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner to enable us to perform the services.
We will act as an intermediary between you and the vendors, but we are not liable for the services provided by any vendor.

3. Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. The amount will be specified in the Service Agreement.
Payment schedules for our services and any vendor payments will be clearly outlined in the Service Agreement.
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cheque.
All payments are due by the dates specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Vendor Selection and Management:

We will assist you in selecting vendors based on your budget, preferences, and event requirements.
We will provide you with quotes and contracts from vendors for your review and approval before booking.
You are responsible for reviewing and signing contracts directly with vendors.
We act as an agent for booking vendors on your behalf, but we do not guarantee the performance of any vendor.

5. Changes and Cancellations:

Any changes to the event plan or services must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Cancellation policies for both our services and vendor services will be detailed in the Service Agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable.

6. Photography and Videography:

If photography or videography services are included, you grant us permission to use images and video footage of your event for our marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media) unless you explicitly state otherwise in writing. We will seek specific consent for any prominent use of individuals.

7. Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events that are beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), which may affect the event.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We are not responsible for the performance or default of any vendors engaged for your event.

8. Consumer Law:

Our services are provided with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

9. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in the materials we create for your event (e.g., event plans, mood boards) are owned by us. We grant you a license to use these materials for the purposes of your event.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions:

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
